    • Mohammed Sbia, Co-Founder and CEO, The Zahra Charity, Inc
      • “It is my pleasure to recommend Mrs. Cynthia Douglas for the job she is seeking in your company/institution. I have known Cynthia for almost one year. She worked at the Middle East Center; part of the University of Utah where I worked as a faculty and researcher until late 2007. During the past year, I worked with Cynthia on a workshop project intended to educate our community on the importance of non-profit sector in bringing communities together for the better of everyone. I also had a chance to see her during meetings with foreign dignitaries visiting the State of Utah. I saw first hand how she is very diligent and prompt in her communication. She always treats all matters and subjects with professionalism and precision. Cynthia is very courteous and extremely helpful. She would make an excellent colleague and a productive/reliable member of your team. I strongly support her for the job she is seeking, without reservation. Please feel free to call me with any question you may have. Sincerely, Mohammed Sbia, Ph.D 801-808-4563” April 27, 2011

Her expertise, network and assistance were invaluable for both my efforts and the state's interests in this region. I have since come to know her on a personal level and count her among the more intelligent people I know. She is innovative, thoughtful, thorough and detail oriented. She is organized and motivated. Cynthia would be an asset to any corporation and in the case she lands a job she loves, I envy the organization who hires her before I can get her on board with my projects.” April 14, 2011
